History of the Agency
Founded in 1988 and a member of the Monegasque Real Estate Chamber, Caroli Real Estate specializes in luxury property transactions and condominium management in Monaco. Led by Kate Dorfman, the agency offers precise property valuations and strategic advice based on deep market knowledge.
With a strong local network, we provide access to a wide selection of properties for sale and rent. We manage relationships between owners and tenants with discretion — from lease administration to rent collection.
Since 2004, we also manage condominium buildings, ensuring perfect maintenance, safety, and service quality. Our professionalism has earned us the trust of the State of Monaco to manage state-owned properties.

History of the Groupe Caroli
Founded in the late 1970s by engineer Antonio Caroli, the Groupe Caroli is one of Monaco’s most influential real-estate groups. Through its subsidiaries — Caroli Immo (development) and Caroli Bat (construction) — the group has delivered major urban projects across Monaco and France.
With 40+ years of expertise and 65+ completed real-estate operations, the group has shaped some of Monaco’s most iconic landmarks:
