Cancellations made within 7 day(s) prior to the Check-In Date (at the very latest at 12:00 PM Local Time) will mean a 100% charge of the total reservation amount. The booking non-refundable.
A “No Show” without prior cancellation will mean a 100% charge of the total length of stay.
Maximum occupancy for room and breakfast is two (2) adults and one (1) child under 12 years old. If any additional person (under or above 12 years old) will be automatically charged for the 3rd person extra cost.
The credit card used for online booking must be presentable upon check in along with the ID of card holder. Otherwise, another term of payment will be applied.
In case of an Early Check-out, a charge equivalent to 1 (one) night stay will be applied as a cancellation fee to the credit card that made the reservation.
All refund will be applied directly to the credit card that was used for the reservation. No refunds will be done in a form of cash or cash-back.

Rental Room

Terms of Payment :

1. Rental cost paid monthly in advance, by latest on 25th day of the current month. First payment shall be made before Lease Commencement Date.

2. Security Deposit, in amount of 1 (one) month rental cost, shall be paid before Lease Commencement Date, together with the first payment of rental cost.

3. All cost paid are subject to applicable tax.

Included in Rental Cost :

1. Solo/Soho Premises, Fully Furnished.

2. Access to public area facilities : Pool, Gym, Restaurant/Lounge, Business Center at TS Suites hotel

3. Parking spot for 1 (one) vehicle

4. Room Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing maintenance periodically.

5. ⁠Internet connection

6. ⁠TV

Excluded from Rental Cost (paid separately) :

1. Electricity

2. Water usage
