With over 12 years of experience in real estate in Monaco and its surroundings, Kate possesses an excellent knowledge of the local market as well as a deep understanding of real estate opportunities in this unique region. Drawing on her experience and market vision, she founded the company Ks Monte Carlo, specializing in real estate development. The objective of Ks Monte Carlo is to identify high-potential properties, increase their value, and offer its clients high-quality real estate around Monaco. The company specifically targets investors and individuals looking to acquire carefully selected properties that are likely to appreciate in value.

Founded in the late 1970s by engineer Antonio Caroli, the Groupe Caroli is one of Monaco’s most influential real-estate groups. Through its subsidiaries — Caroli Immo (development) and Caroli Bat (construction) — the group has delivered major urban projects across Monaco and France.
With 40+ years of expertise and 65+ completed real-estate operations, the group has shaped some of Monaco’s most iconic landmarks:
